It Pays to Complain
My husband and I received a pack and play as a shower gift almost two years ago. We never moved the Pack and Play and were not hard on it at all. The sides of it cracked and it was recalled.
Today Kolcraft send a check for $159.99 after I informed them I was contacting the Better Business Bureau in their town because of their lack of customer service.
I also received a check for $8.10 from Opinion Outpost.

Hello Parents Insight Network Members!
As the list of companies we serve grows, we are in need of even more parents to join our network. The best way for us to grow is through our current members, who have been proven to consistently provide insightful feedback.
In particular, we are looking to grow the breadth of the socio-economic diversity of our network, as our group is skewing slightly higher income. In addition, we would love to have more Dads involved. However, any smart, insightful, engaged parents ANYWHERE that you know are encouarged to sign up.
For every parent that completes our sign up questionnaire and inputs your name as the referring member at the end, you will be awarded $1 toward an Amazon gift card. The minimum giftcard amount is $5, so your giftcard will begin to rack up as soon as you've recruited 5 new parents. We are looking for 500 qualified new members, and the referral contest will end once we've achieved that goal. There is no limit (short of $500!) on how much any one referring member can earn.
As many of you know, we have all sorts of projects and incentives. For example:
- Parents were invited to Target tp evluate the baby section, and were rewarded with a check for $50
- Members are currently reviewing and evaluating different brands of the same product (like head supports for infants and booster seats for toddlers), and they get to keep all of the products they test!
- Parents completed a quick online survey about baby travel brands and were each rewarded with a $10 Amazon Gift Card
