Emailing Companies by using your grocery Ad.

Each week the Giant Eagle Ad arrives on Tuesday, but the sales do not start until Thursday and last until Wednesday. I take this time to email companies mentioned on sale in the advertisement flyer and make a grocery list in correspondence with coupons I already have on hand.

1. Look through the grocery advertisement when it arrives
2. Email companies of items on sale, complimenting their products or ask a question. 
3. Match coupons on hand to sale items
4. Make a grocery list ( I use an evenlope)
5. Don't worry if coupons do not arrive by the end of the sale, everything eventually goes on sale again. 
6. Use a website like SuperCook to plan meals
