I can't wait. I hope the 20lbs in a month is true!
With as little as we have to lose, it's not likely. The less you have to lose, the harder it is to lose it. I'm Shredding and doing additional weights and cardio and I only lost half a pound last week.
Why does it feel like I still have to loose a lot?
