BzzAgent-Cover Girl Outlast Lipstain

One of the few things I always felt a need to splurge on was good, high quality make up. I have never bought make up in a drug store unless a dire emergency. Once when I was traveling back to College I had to, because the town I lived in for five years only had a Walmart, Kmart and a CVS.

Well, I have now discovered a new lipstain that lasts! The key is to get the correct color and layer it for results! I highly reccomend it and if you want a $1.00 of coupon for it leave me a message with your email address and I will send you one!

Thanks Bzzagent!

Reducing Bills in 2009

Well, I am taking a slight turn in my blog to remind you to do something now to reduce your bills.

Call the various services you subscribe to and ask if they can do any better.

So far I have been quite successful.

1. Emailed the Insurance Agency we use and it turns out we can save a ton of money by swtiching to Selective from Progressive insurance. I am actually embarrassed how much we were paying compared to this new rate!
2. I called Verizon and reduced our bill by $15.00 just by telling them to do better and not compromising service.

Valued Opinions

Today I was lucky enough to check my Valued Opinions account. I had accumulated $20.00 in Amazon gift cards for taking surveys. When ever I earn an amazon gift card I immediately add it to my account. I use them for my subscribe and save service. They are great to pay for the Amazon Pamper's Deal that I mentioned a few weeks ago!

Walmart Yesterday

When I go to Walmart you know it has to be a great deal or for a free item that is only found in the Johnstown Walmart. Why do I hate the Johnstown Walmart you ask? The poorly trained cashiers, poorly stocked shelves, overpriced merchandise, rude employees and rude shoppers.

I found that if I go at 8-9 in the morning it elimates the rude shopper issue. I have been to other Walmarts and none are as bad as the Johnstown Walmart, especially in the customer service department.

Yesterday I bought

1.1 Kahiki General Tso's Chicken
2. 3 Johnson Buddy Bars
3. 1 Juicy Juice Harvest Surprise
4. Olivo Spray Butter
5. Smart Balance Butter
6. Scrubbing Bubbles cleaner

I used
1 Free Kahiki Coupon, but it was only for up to 5.00. So I had to pay .76
1 Free Scrubbing Bubbles but it was only for up to 3.50 I had to pay .54
1 1.00 Juicy Juicy Harvest Surprise After coupons it was 1.67
1 1.00 off Olivo Spray After coupons it was .50
1 1.00 off Smart Balance Butter After coupons it was .98
3 1.00 off Johnson Buddy Bars After coupons it was -.09

My total was 18.76 before coupons and 4.68 after coupons for 8 items.

Quite a few people thing coupons are only for processed foods or unhealthy items. I found this to be quite the opposite with this little experiment. The organic and healthier food companies actually send the best coupons.
