Reducing Bills in 2009

Well, I am taking a slight turn in my blog to remind you to do something now to reduce your bills.

Call the various services you subscribe to and ask if they can do any better.

So far I have been quite successful.

1. Emailed the Insurance Agency we use and it turns out we can save a ton of money by swtiching to Selective from Progressive insurance. I am actually embarrassed how much we were paying compared to this new rate!
2. I called Verizon and reduced our bill by $15.00 just by telling them to do better and not compromising service.
