Sometimes it is more profitable to multiple transactions and at Target the cashiers are often very encouraging of this practices.
Target had a deal for Pepsi Products 5 12 packs for 15 dollars. Which made an excellent deal with the coupons from the Pepsi Frito Lay Promotion and Mountain Dew Bzz Campaign that my husband and are both participating.
My first transaction was the largest.

My total for the first transaction was 13.68 and I received a $5.00 Target Giftcard

5 Cases of Diet Mountain Dew and I used 5 $1.00 off coupons and applied the $5.00 giftcard from the previous transaction
and I repeated with the third transaction for Diet Mountain dew and applied another $5.00 giftcard.
My totals for the Target trip
Transaction 1 $13.68
Transaction 2 $ 5.30
Transaction 3 $5.30
Total $24. 28
And then the - $5.00 giftcard makes the out pocket expense 19.28 for 15 CASES of soda, cleaners, candles and toothpaste!
My total savings according to Target's receipts was 74.78
